Document Archiving – The Digital Way
| Imagine an office space cluttered with boxes, folders and envelopes of papers. Imagine that it is your work place. It’s from somebody whom you replaced. You are very excited to start working - until you saw the files and when your new boss told you to get a report done by the person you replaced made sometimes last, last year and is something about a financial update of the company. As cheesy as it may sound, it’s true. Once you have a digital archive of your documents, you can just easily update them with new files. If you run out of space, you just expand the storage memory that you have and not the office space that you are desperately trying to maximize. Gone are the bulky and dusty file cabinets and you do not need to worry about papers burning, tearing or crumbling.
